Plain English version below. The legalese version (linked at the bottom) is what governs. If they disagree, the legalese wins. We try hard for them not to disagree.
Account data: name, email, workspace name, role. From you, directly.
Audit data: URLs you audit, the rendered DOM, the agent's findings, the fixes you ship. Stored encrypted at rest, deletable on request.
Billing data: plan, invoice history, taxable address. Card data handled by Stripe; we never see the full PAN.
Telemetry: aggregate, hashed, sampled usage metrics — feature adoption, error rates, latency. No content, no PII.
Your customers' data. Your analytics. Your CRM contacts. Your email lists. Anything from tabs you didn't explicitly audit. The Chrome extension reads only the active tab, only after you click Run audit, only while the panel is open.
Three purposes, none of them creative: (1) run the agent loop you asked us to run; (2) bill you correctly; (3) notify you about your account, your audits, and (rarely) product changes. We do not run targeted advertising. We do not sell or rent data. We do not pass data to third-party marketers.
A short list of vendors processes data on our behalf:
OPENCLAW_REGION env)Email and external storage providers are not currently connected. Changes to the sub-processor list are announced with 30 days' notice via email to workspace owners.
Export. Every audit, every prompt set, every shipped diff — exportable as JSON or CSV from your workspace settings.
Delete. Self-serve account deletion in settings. Full purge within 30 days. Sub-processor purge confirmed in writing.
Access & correction. GDPR Articles 15–17 and CCPA Sections 1798.100–.135 supported by email to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Object & restrict. Same channel, same SLA.
California residents have the right under the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.120) to direct us not to sell or share their personal information. VisibilityPro does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of the word, and does not share it with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you would still like to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request — for example to opt out of any analytics processing that could be construed as a sale under the CCPA's broad definition — email [email protected] with the subject line CCPA opt-out and the account email associated with your workspace. We confirm within 15 business days and process within 45 days (CCPA §1798.130).
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf; we will verify the agent's authorization before processing.
Two essential cookies for auth. One preference cookie for theme. Zero advertising cookies. The cookie banner is honest because we have nothing to hide.
